Girls' Uniform

PRE-SCHOOL, PRE-PRIMARY & PRIMARY

  • Regulation RAD leotard Style Chloe: Short sleeved, scoop neck, poly-cotton lycra (PCL) in LILAC, with matching cross over voile skirt.
  • PINK, soft ballet shoes with elastic across instep & short PINK ballet socks.

GRADES 1 & 2

  • Regulation RAD leotard Style Chloe/Aimee: Sleeveless, scoop neck PCL in PALE BLUE with matching elastic belt.
  • PINK, soft ballet shoes with elastic across instep and short PINK ballet socks.

GRADES 3, 4 & 5

  • Regulation RAD leotard Style Faith: Either short sleeved or sleeveless PCL leotard in NAVY BLUE with matching elastic belt.
  • PINK nylon ballet tights.
  • PINK soft ballet shoes with elastic across instep.

GRADES 6, 7 & 8

  • Any leotard may be worn in ANY COLOUR and style.
  • Long georgette skirt to mid-calf length to tone with leotard.
  • PINK nylon ballet tights.
  • PINK soft ballet shoes with elastic across instep.

GRADES 1 - 8: Character Shoes and Skirts

Character Shoes
Canvas character shoes in black with elastic across the instep. These shoes have been specifically designed for the R.A.D. and are available in two heel heights. The low heel is recommended for Grades One and Two and the Cuban heel for Grades Three to Eight. A heeled shoe (e.g. school shoe) is useful as an alternative for practice.

Character Skirts
Full circular skirt approximately mid-calf length in black cotton. The fullness is essential as the skirt is used in the character steps and dances. Instructions for making the skirt are available on request. Skirts can be made to order if required.

  • BLACK SOFT ballet shoes with short WHITE socks

GRADES 3, 4 & 5

  • WHITE short sleeved PCL leotard with NAVY tights with stirrups.
  • WHITE soft ballet shoes with short WHITE socks

GRADES 1 - 5: Character Shoes
A low heeled, laced canvas character shoe in BLACK. School shoes are useful as an alternative.
